ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• We accept the following credit and debit cards: Master Card, Visa, PayPal, Stripe and American Express. We do not accept cheques, direct deposit or cash.
• Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. If any delay occurs, we will inform immediately.
• Once an order is packed for shipment it cannot be cancelled.

SHIPMENT TERMS

• The delivery times for the products vary according to the type of shipment chosen by you and the place of delivery.
• The deadlines are informed by the post office and carrier, and start counting from the approval of the order by your card administration. it can take up to 48 hours for the card issuer to release it.
• Purchases made and approved by midnight will be processed from the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be processed from the first business day following authorisation by the credit card company.
• It’s worth mentioning that, in relation to the delivery time, small external unforeseen events may arise, which may result in delays. in such cases, we will notify customers;
• The carrier can reship the order by post, in case there is any situation that makes delivery in the region difficult, but the cost is already included in the freight paid by the customer. All delays will be informed.
• The customer who chooses the delivery of the goods by the carrier, agrees and authorizes the delivery to administrators, managers, porters or caretakers to receive their order. Exempting MAHA from any responsibility for the violation, loss or loss of the merchandise properly delivered.
• International orders: All MAHA international orders will be shipped via FEDEX Express. We will do our best to avoid customs charges, but the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes or additional duties upon arrival in your country.
