RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

• If you wish to return your order, please notify us on talktomaha@maha-yogi.com and we will send your instructions according to your region.
• Return the product(s) for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery.
• During the lockdown period when the orientation is to stay at home, the returns will be valid indefinitely.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

• Only unwashed, unused and odorless products will be accepted.
• Items that have been altered by the customer will not be accepted.
• The product must be intact and the hangtag affixed to the piece.
• Products will not be accepted after the exchange period.
• In case the product is defective due to misuse, the refund will not be authorized and the product returned to the customer.
• Products purchased at MAHA’s official website can only be exchanged at www.maha-yogi.com.
• To process the exchange / return, it is mandatory to present the product invoice.
• Products purchased from other retailers are not MAHA’s responsibility. if your product is defective or you want to make the exchange, please contact the store where the purchase was made.
• If you have obtained a discount/voucher on your purchase, MAHA consider and refund the amount paid, considering the reduction.
